ENERGY & SPIRITUAL SERVICES
Services such as Reiki, Dynamic Energetic Healing, Shamanic Processes, Spiritual Life Coaching, psychic readings, mediumship, and other intuitive or energetic practices are complementary wellness and spiritual-development services.
These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed physician, mental-health professional, or other qualified healthcare provider.

PSYCHIC READINGS & MEDIUMSHIP
Psychic and mediumship services are offered as tools for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and insight. Information shared during a session should not be considered medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
No specific connection, message, prediction, or outcome can be guaranteed.
Clients are encouraged to use their own judgment and discernment when considering information received during a session.

HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis is a collaborative process involving focused attention and relaxation. Individual responses to hypnosis vary, and results cannot be guaranteed.
Hypnosis offered through Starfire Soul Studio is intended to support personal growth and wellness and should not replace medical or mental-health treatment when such care is appropriate.

REIKI CLASSES & EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS
Reiki classes and other educational offerings are intended for personal enrichment and skill development.
Completion of a Starfire Soul Studio class does not authorize a participant to diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions unless the participant separately holds the professional license or credentials required to do so.
Class registration, attendance, or completion does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, or healing outcome.

EMERGENCIES & CRISIS SUPPORT
Brainspotting may be offered as a psychotherapy intervention when appropriate and when provided within the scope of Mishelle’s professional licensure. Clinical services are separate from Starfire Soul Studio’s spiritual and energy-work offerings and are subject to applicable informed-consent, privacy, documentation, and professional-practice requirements.
Starfire Soul Studio is not an emergency or crisis service, and website forms, email, and other communication channels are not continuously monitored.
If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may be in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis in the United States, you may also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

SCHEDULING & COMMUNICATION
Submitting an interest form or contacting Starfire Soul Studio does not create a professional relationship, guarantee availability, or reserve an appointment or class space.
Mishelle will follow up regarding availability, next steps, registration, or scheduling as appropriate.
Please avoid sending highly sensitive medical, mental-health, financial, or other confidential information through general website forms unless specifically requested.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Appointments require advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
Class registration, cancellation, transfer, and refund terms will be provided at the time of registration.

PAYMENT
Fees are disclosed before scheduling or registration. Payment may be required at the time of booking, registration, or service depending on the offering.
Clients are responsible for understanding the price and applicable cancellation/refund terms before completing payment.
